Privacy notice

Effective September 30, 2026. This notice describes information collected through the Twinkle & Co. decorating website, operated by TWINKLE & CO., LLC.

Information you give us

When you inquire, we receive the contact details, neighborhood or installation address, preferred date, decorating preferences, budget if supplied, notes, and photos you choose to send. Please avoid including people, sensitive documents, or access codes in photos and notes.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, prepare a design and quote, arrange services, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to an advertising mailing list or reserve an installation.

Service providers and access

Authorized Twinkle & Co. team members can view inquiries and photos in a private inbox. Hosting and storage providers supporting the site, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process website data. Resend handles staff notification emails; those notifications contain a reference and private inbox link, not your inquiry text, contact information, or photos. Providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to operate and secure their services. Records may also be disclosed where required by law.

Optional advertising measurement

If configured and you choose “Accept advertising,” the Meta Pixel can send Meta information about visits and successful inquiries, along with browser/device information, IP address, page URL and advertising identifiers. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account and use it for measurement and advertising under its own policies. Our event code does not send your form answers, email, phone number, address, budget, or photos to Meta. We do not enable automatic advanced matching in our code.

With that same choice, we retain campaign labels during your browser session and attach them to an inquiry so we can understand which campaigns generate interest. These labels are not customer contact details. Without your permission, our optional advertising code and campaign storage stay off. We honor Global Privacy Control for this tracking.

Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to decline or withdraw consent for future tracking on this browser. Withdrawal does not retract information already sent. Browser restrictions and ad blockers can limit measurement. Learn more in Meta’s privacy policy.

Storage, security and your choices

We use access controls for saved inquiries and photos, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained for service, business-record, security, or legal needs; they are not automatically deleted after a fixed interval. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for existing services or legal obligations.
