Where do you decorate?
We focus on Nashville-area homes, including Belle Meade, Brentwood and The Nations. Send your neighborhood and address so we can confirm availability and any travel charges before booking.
What happens after I inquire?
Your request and any photos are saved for our team to review. We follow up to discuss the design, scope, price and availability. You do not need to send the same request by text. Keep your on-screen reference for follow-up; we do not currently send automatic customer receipt emails.
Does submitting a date reserve it?
No. It is a preferred date. We confirm your appointment separately in writing.
Is fall removal included?
No. It is an optional add-on: $95 for A Little Fall and $125 for the other current fall packages. Select it if you would like us to return, and we will confirm the arrangements.
Can you use my Christmas decorations?
Yes—your decorations, ours, or a mix. Tell us what you have and share photos. Christmas decorating is custom quoted for the space and work involved.
Do you install roof or house lights?
No roof work and no lights installed on houses. We offer seasonal porch and interior decorating, with decorations no higher than 12 feet and a safe, agreed setup.
How do deposits and changes work?
Your written quote or service agreement will explain payment, cancellation and rescheduling conditions before you pay. The inquiry form does not collect payment. Read our booking information.
